We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must contact us at support@hitfactoryproducts.com. Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Shipping Policy
Your order will ship within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends & holidays) from the time it was placed. Free standard shipping applies only to the USA. International orders are subject to additional duties and fees.
Domestic orders ship from NJ in the USA. Depending on the shipping speed selected your average transit time can range from 2 to 5 days from the time your order has been fulfilled.
Returns Policy
If Red Relief products aren’t for you, we make refunds and returns quick and easy. Simply email support@novelbrands.com.
- Cancellations must be submitted via email prior to your order being dispatched from our fulfillment center.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of order delivery.
- Do not ship your return to us prior to contacting and receiving approval from customer support.
- If your item is damaged, broken, disfigured, or melted upon arrival, please contact us and we will provide a replacement upon reasonable proof.
- We will send you a prepaid shipping label if you qualify for a return. In some instances, return shipping fees from USPS may apply.
- We may ask you to take a photo of your return to help us in improving our product.
- Refunds are credited to your original form of payment. Please allow up to one week for your refund to be processed upon approval.
- Please allow for delivery delays during peak order volume. Items that arrive significantly later than expected may qualify for a partial refund, unless notice of delay is given and cancellation options are offered.
