If Red Relief products aren’t for you, we make refunds and returns quick and easy. Simply email support@novelbrands.com.

Cancellations must be submitted via email prior to your order being dispatched from our fulfillment center.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of order delivery.
Do not ship your return to us prior to contacting and receiving approval from customer support.
If your item is damaged, broken, disfigured, or melted upon arrival, please contact us and we will provide a replacement upon reasonable proof.

Shipping Policy
Your order will ship within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends & holidays) from the time it was placed. Free standard shipping applies only to the USA. International orders are subject to additional duties and fees.Domestic orders ship from NJ in the USA. Depending on the shipping speed selected your average transit time can range from 2 to 5 days from the time your order has been fulfilled.
